Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all contractual relationships between Matka, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer,” and any individual or legal entity wishing to book a retreat through the website [Website URL], hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”
The retreats offered by the Organizer are inspired by Bazi astrology and are organized in several international destinations: Scotland, Norway, Portugal, Morocco, and Gozo. Each destination corresponds to a Bazi element (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water). Included activities may comprise, without limitation, boat trips, surfing, yoga, and other destination-related experiences.
Article 2: Acceptance of the T&Cs
Any booking made on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Client acknowledges having read the T&Cs before proceeding with payment.
Article 3: Services and Pricing
3.1 Description of Services
Retreats include:

Accommodation (shared or private room depending on the chosen option).

Destination-related activities (yoga, surfing, walks, etc.).

Certain meals, unless otherwise specified in the offer description.
Details of each retreat (program, dates, prices, and included services) are provided on the website.
3.2 Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Additional costs (transport, insurance, visa fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the Client, unless specified otherwise.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
Article 4: Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Procedure
Bookings are made via the website by completing the designated form. The Client must provide accurate and complete information.
4.2 Payment
A deposit of [XX%] of the total retreat amount is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than [XX days] before the departure date. In case of late payment, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Accepted payment methods include: credit card, bank transfer, and other options listed on the website.
4.3 Confirmation
Once payment is made, the Client will receive an email confirmation containing the retreat details. This confirmation constitutes proof of contract.
Article 5: Cancellation and Withdrawal
5.1 Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email). The following fees apply:

More than [XX days] before the retreat: refund of the deposit minus administrative fees of [XX euros].

Between [XX and XX days] before the retreat: refund of [XX%] of the total amount.

Less than [XX days] before the retreat: no refund.
5.2 Cancellation by the Organizer
In the event of cancellation by the Organizer (force majeure, insufficient number of participants, etc.), the Client will be fully refunded, with no entitlement to further compensation.
Article 6: Liability
6.1 Organizer’s Liability
The Organizer commits to providing the services as described on the website. However, it cannot be held liable for:

Delays or cancellations due to transportation.

Accidents or damages occurring during activities.

Loss or theft of the Client’s personal belongings.
6.2 Client’s Liability
The Client agrees to follow the rules and instructions of the Organizer and local instructors. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in exclusion without refund.
Article 7: Insurance
The Client is required to obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, repatriation, and cancellations. The Organizer may request proof of insurance prior to departure.
Article 8: Personal Data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), information collected during booking is used solely for order processing and client relationship management. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon simple email request.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of the Organizer and cannot be reproduced without prior authorization.
Article 10: Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Organizer’s registered office.
Article 11: Final Provisions
If any clause of these T&Cs is declared null, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
